Went to Moorestown Urgent Care and diagnosed with Bronchitis. Good, quick service at the location. Unfortunately, I was charged 178.75, then billed another 86.25 after I made the 1st payment. Tried to call multiple times and only get a voicemail after a 10 min hold. No one calls back. Seems like they are in the business of sending multiple bills and hoping that patients don't pay attention to the add-ons and just blindly pay. Will never go again with other ethical Urgent Care options in area.
Ive been in the er for 2 hours now. Evidently my emergency is not theirs
ER waiting room was a mess. We waited from 2:30 until after 8PM to be seen. My Mom is 87 yrs old. At 9:30 I asked if she could have a Tylenol. We had to go outside the hospital to get something for her to eat! Not even crackers and you have the gall to charge over $4,000 for ER. Finally got sent to a room at 11:00pm. And charged$5,000 for that room for each day and she was there 1 hr. I just reviewed her bill and will contest every bite of it!! We have insurance but it an absolute disgrace what your doing!!!
