still getting a bill from you guys from last year. umm when a person tells you that they are allergic to penicillin, don't give then anything with penicillin. I told everyone when i got there i was allergic to it. I'm still getting a bill from when i miscarried my baby. i refuse to pay a bill when you guys almost killed me. You have always been this way. I don't why i thought to even go back. when your patient tells you they are allergic to something maybe listen. I'm very lucky i didn't go into anaphylactic shock!!
Ever since they initiated the access/call center it has be horrible and I have been unable to get a same day sick visit for me or the kids for almost 2 years which puts me in a situation to pay Urgent Care “triple” the copay of the doctors office. I am looking to switch to a more personal family doctor with the ability to see my kids same day or on Saturday when warranted.
Try sending a bill to the patient and submitting it to insurance before sending it to a collection agency.
RecommendedBeen seeing the Virtua Podiatry team for a little over 6 months, as of yesterday, I have gotten two surgeries and have been able to walk out of surgery as if nothing happened! Virtua has the BEST Foot & Ankle team hands down. I wouldn’t have it any other way! Shoutout to Dr. Abadi & Dr. Bhular for such an amazing job!
Your charges to be seen for a sinus infection $340 is outrageous!!! All you did was check my weight, blood pressure, and listen to my lungs. You should be ashamed of yourselves!!!
I was Treated in the ER last week and had a bad head injury and when I left I realized I did not have my wallet and called to see if they had kept it when changing my room over and instead it was stolen and my credit cards were used! Needless to say the other patients did not have access to my room. It also appears that an employee used on their way home after shift change. I’m fully disabled and really need the things in it. It is my hospital of choice. The doctors and staff at all of the Virtua hospitals are AWESOME.
I went to this hospital’s ER on 4/29/2019 because I was having chest pains come to find out I had severely high blood pressure over 180 but was made to sit in the waiting room for over 3 hours. I was never told about how high my blood pressure was until I finally was seen by the ER doctor. I also had a baby on 4/23/2019 at this same hospital and was still in pain from the labor and stitches I informed the nurses in the waiting room about how much pain I was in yet I was still ignored.
