I saw the piss poor treatment of a nurse returning to work after recovering from pneumonia. She took an oath to protect her patients and in doing so(wearing gloves at her station) was fired! Wow!! If you treat your front line workers like this then, I guess the patients are in REAL trouble! Just sad.
I’m so disappointed by hearing all the careless actions for their employees. You are disgusting! There are so many people dying and you just have a bunch of ignorants with degree firing nurses .
Their employee is the father of my 3 kids...contracted Covid...they tested him and sent him home to us. He got sick and got test back positive. We go in per his recommendation for Covid test. They refuse to test us and we get bill for $4,000 for ER visit! I asked Cigna if it would be covered if we got test, they said yes @ 100%. Virtua will not “code” my ER visit as a test because attending physician said we had no symptoms so no test! they fired an employee for bringing in her own PPE for her safty. then a week later decided oh it's ok now. you need to hire that employee back for your leadership's failures. shame on.
RecommendedWest Jersey Hospital was always where my family went for care. My Grandparents lived right around the corner from WJ South Camden. I had all 3 of my children at Virtua Memorial Hospital. The Doctors are the Best in the Business. All of them. When I was in Nursing School I did all my Clinical rotations in WJ-Virtua Hospitals. The staff couldn’t be nicer and more helpful.
