After Urgent Care lied to me this past weekend claiming I DID NOT have the flu, yet I had a 103 fever and couldn’t breathe, I decided to take a trip to the ER where they finally gave me the treatment I needed to get better. They tested me for Influenza and I got my results back before leaving that day. They gave me water through an IV because my body was so dehydrated from the fever. THEY ALMOST KILLED MY WIFE!!! My wife with a very bad ulcerative colitis flare goes to the ER on Friday the 16th, admitted after over 3 hours of waiting, they hospitalize her that same night and the NIGHTMARE STARTS: 1- She arrives in the room with the IV needle in her left arm set up in the ER, and one of nurses without saying anything grabs her LEFT arm then straps on a blood pressure cuff all starting to pump and shushing my wife that was screaming of pain and myself point...Continue Reading

What the hell. 5 hours in the emergency room. Fever is rising and the room is super cold. Can't have meds til they run test. Just sitting here getting sicker and sicker.
Excellent staff made me feel at ease and kept me well informed and comfortable
Was sent from work today to go to urgent care at 11am. At 2pm was still not seen. I asked for my copay back and left. Doctor looked at me right in my eyes and didn’t say anything. Disgraceful
