RecommendedI just left after a 4hr visit to the ER - Which, really isn't a bad time for intake-to-discharge. but, more than that - I have to say my nurse, Kaye, is probably one of the best nurses in the business. I was super-stressed-out the whole time I was there, but she was very attentive and made sure the mood stayed light - She made me so at ease. I hope I don't have to make a trip to am ER again soon, but if I do - It will be to here.

I've had nothing but problems with there billing department. Either they don't know how or don't have the capability to process HSA payments. Most recent issue was the misapplication of my $1200 payment to the wrong account. They just can't seem to get it right.
RecommendedAmazing,caring will do his best for answers and continues to amaze me. Been going to him for 20 years n hopefully another 20 to follow hands down he is the best in his fileld. You might have to wait a little extra time to see him but when you do you get his full attention and he truly cares. Love you doc/Becker I can always count on you Davies Family
I had Total Knee Replacement on 4/16/2019....I chose Dr. Jain after numerous recommendations from friends and just ordinary persons during conversations. From my first call to Reconstructive Orthopedics till my day of discharge on 5/31/2019 everyone was so helpful....I wasn't treated that way at the first Orthopedic Facility I went to regarding my knee. From the Pre-op visits and meetings I couldn't have been treated any better....Virtua Hospital in Voorhees, was more than I expected....my surgery went exceptionally well....... read more
still getting a bill from you guys from last year. umm when a person tells you that they are allergic to penicillin, don't give then anything with penicillin. I told everyone when i got there i was allergic to it. I'm still getting a bill from when i miscarried my baby. i refuse to pay a bill when you guys almost killed me. You have always been this way. I don't why i thought to even go back. when your patient tells you they are allergic to something maybe listen. I'm very lucky i didn't go into anaphylactic shock!!
Ever since they initiated the access/call center it has be horrible and I have been unable to get a same day sick visit for me or the kids for almost 2 years which puts me in a situation to pay Urgent Care “triple” the copay of the doctors office. I am looking to switch to a more personal family doctor with the ability to see my kids same day or on Saturday when warranted.
Try sending a bill to the patient and submitting it to insurance before sending it to a collection agency.
