This one star rating is for the front office only. Dr Joly is the best!! But his front office receptionist is the worst. I had an appointment earlier this week and arrived 10 minutes before that appointment time. I was worried I was late because I’d received a text telling me to arrive 15 minutes before my appointment. I came in and told her I had registered online and was told to have a seat. About 15/20 minutes after my appointment time passed I asked about the time and was told Dr Joly hadn’t arrived yet.
