I paid Minnesota Eye consultants thousands of dollars about 5 years ago for my daughter to have lasik surgery. Over the last year her vision had been getting progressively worse. She is back in Minnesota so I encouraged her to call minnesota eye consultants so they could check their work. Unfortunately they told her when she got to the office they would not even do an eye exam unless she paid $275 up front or agreed that if her insurance didn’t pay she would pay the $275 AND A 10% PENALTY!
