Update * I called about my plates and was then threatened about not receiving any helpbecuase of this reveiw. I was told I didn't communicate about the things I wanted fixed when I in fact was hounding about it day in and day out about when I would get the 2nd fob or when the door handles would get fixed. What kind of establishment does this to a customer. My reviews are always a reflection of my experience. I had a very disappointing experience with Imports of Tidewater. Their communication skills are absolutely terrible. After the purchase was complete, I’ve yet to hear back about the repainted door handles or the new key fob I was promised. I was also told that other local dealerships don't update their inventory, yet they still have trucks on their website that were sold over a month ago. It doesn’t end there—this dealership clearly doesn’t do thorough inspections on their vehicles or clean them properly. My truck was filthy... read more
I bought a 2016 silverado from these guys and while it is nice it came with some discrepancies. The door handles had chipped paint which I had asked be fixed and they agreed to it however I still have yet to hear back from them about it so there's that. I also asked for another key fob and still have yet to hear about that. I had a brake problem as well but that was settled and taken care of at no expense from me. Don’t buy from this place. They don’t disclose everything about the vehicle. The vehicles sold to me and my military friend didn’t come with a spare tire, and they overcharge you an insane amount. Buying from here was the worst decision I ever made.
