Virginia did an awesome job. We had seen properties through other realtors and they wanted to tell me what i wanted instead of me telling them what i wanted.It was almost like they were buying the house not me.Thank the lord we found virginia.She was honest no matter if it would jeopardize the sale or not, and that's a hard thing to come by these days. Virginia was proactive in sending us requests to be our agent though we no longer lived in the city where our house was. She quickly identified what needed to be done to our house to get it sold, and helped us to find the people to do the work. She made it so simple! My wife had been looking on line at listings in the Springfield area. She looked at a listing that Virginia had and Virginia contacted her the following day. She had a good idea what we wanted and began her research. Virginia was fantastic! She was always on the ball. She took care of some responsibilities that i didnt know how to do. She really made the process a lot easier then what it could have been. Im so glad i found her for my first house!
