Virginia was very professional. She took marketing my home seriously and held multiple open houses. Her work brought forth a steady number of showings each week. Virginia was an amazing realtor! This was our first time buying and she made it very simple. She explained everything very thoroughly and multiple times if I needed her to. She was available to me pretty much 24/7 which was awesome. I was very nervous for this process because there is a lot of tiny details and lots of paperwork but having Virginia as a realtor made the entire process seem very easy. She is very kind and caring. Virginia knows the Springfield and surrounding areas perfectly. Every referral she provided was wonderful to work with including a mortgage representative and we got an outstanding rate on our insurance using her referral. Virginia was AWESOME to work with. She sold our old house in a couple of days, and was always available to show us new houses until we found the right one.
