Last week Viper assisted our company with the relocation of our office from Fresno to San Francisco. After calling a few companies of interest, I was impressed with the honesty of the salesperson for Viper. I was moving for the first time, leaving my home in California..so I told them my concerns about my thing getting lost or damaged items, which were acknowledge. I contacted Viper because they have been highly recommended by my real estate agent. I also did my own research because i wanted to make sure that my belongings were going to be treated properly during transit. After due diligence research, I read other recommendations and they seem to be an honest company to work with. I was impressed with their care to wrap our personal possessions, they worked long hours to pack and unpack with no damage. They charged a little more than quoted over the phone but still ended up lower than other companies.
It’s a good company with a good service at a cheap price. If you’re looking for something other than that, go with someone else. If not, Viper.
The moving crew arrived at my place on time. Everyone was caring and polite. I’m thankful to say I didn’t have any problems, everything was delivered on time and nothing was damaged. This wasn’t my first experience with a moving company but it definitely was one of my best
I moved from SanFran to Virgina and I used Viper. They had the cheapest prices and nice people, and I do not regret my decision.
I moved with Viper and everything went great! I can't complain about the service or price and that's the only thing I care about!
