BEST MOVE EVER. Seriously. After having a terrible experience moving from New Orleans to LA 3 years ago, I was really hesitant to hire a moving company to move us back. Viper moving and storage were great. Communication was great leading up to the move, the movers were prompt and thorough. I had to drop off some of my outdoor furniture to a friend as we moved out (10 miles drive) and they had no problem with doing it, and for no extra charge. Assembled my furniture in the new spot and were careful with everything. I would definitely recommend them again!
Could not have been happier. Viper sent a pair of movers to my house this past weekend. They showed up right on time, worked hard and got the job done in less time than I expected. I only moved 500 miles, so the drive was easy, and despite a really narrow staircase in my new apartment, they moved fast and didnt try to milk some extras at all, as I've read other companies can do with adding some extra costs. great moving company! Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Showed up right on time and started to work immediately. Alex #1 and Alex #2 did a great job packing our stuff, protecting furniture and loading in safe manner. The guys were polite and asked questions where to place our items upon arriving at a new house. They were very careful not to damage the walls of the house. I would hire them again and recommend to anyone who is looking for great moving service for a good price. Thank you.
These guys are amazing, quick, efficient, and really nice. They moved us out of our two bedroom apartment in Anaheim and into our new place in Brooklyn in less than a week! I will never use another moving company ever again. Only problem was that they were VERY early, like almost two hours early. but They were nice enough and waited outside while we finished taping up our boxes and even helped with last minute arrangements we hadn't had the time to make. Good job you guys.
5 STARS MOVERS! They were on time, fast yet careful, thorough, deliberate and completely open to all my usually ridiculous requests. I just purchased my first home, and have thus dealt with a lot of service providers. VIPER was and remains far and away the best.
I love Viper moving and storage. Wonderful employees, easy to use online booking, and the prices were better than any other company. Not only were they extremely professional, they were on time.
