I got an estimate for my move the same day I called Viper. They came in at the promised time frame and did more than I thought they would. It was all done in almost two hours, which is so incredibly fast. I want to thank the sales representative Serena, who was kind enough to keep in touch with me even after the moving crew left to make sure everything was perfectly done.
These guys are the best. To start with, the quote was reasonable and they even finished earlier than they estimated, after reviewing the things I’ll be moving. They got my move done in much less time than the movers I used for my last local move. They were also really careful and didn't scratch anything. More than anything, appreciated their honesty. Dealing with them was almost stress-free, which says a lot. Thank you Viper Moving!
What can I say? These guys did an absolutely fabulous job. They were on time, nice, and extraordinarily fast. Found them online and they exceeded my expectations in every aspect. They were even nice enough to help me with my heavy stuff and show me a few tricks on packing my truck better. Thanks a bunch Viper Moving & Storage!
I've used these guys for my last two moves and bottom line I trust Dan the driver, to do a good job with the move. His team dealt with more furniture than expected and didn’t seem to care about doing extra work. They moved large items with ease and were able to quickly disassemble furniture that needed to be taken apart before moving. These guys were fast and efficient and so quiet as well! I was a little scared when I had to hire movers again because the last time my movers broke some of my most admirable furniture. That was definitely not the experience when we had Viper take over and move us only on a recommendation of a good friend.. and we later realized that we had made a right decision. I realized that it was going to be too difficult to get all my things to downtown NY by myself in my Honda Civic. So I called Viper about two days before the move. They were really prompt and gave me great service. I had a hard time figuring out how to complete the inventory list online, but called Lindsay and she was kind enough to walk me through it. I had to ship some things I had in storage back to NY and Viper Moving and Storage was great at it. First off, Serena the sales agent was so nice and honest I didn’t even hesitate booking with her. The driver kept me posted by the hour and got on time as promised, also quickly loaded everything (that was already packed) into the truck. Unloading was even faster on delivery, everything got to me yesterday in perfect conditions!
