I was very picky regarding my moving company, and I have so say i picked right! We had a calm move with viper, from pickup to delivery. That's my third move from state to state, thanks to viper moving it was the easiest. From day one the crew did a great job, very welcoming, friendlies, and stick to the schedule. GO WITH VIPER! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I'm not even sure where to begin. I was quoted a price of $2812 for 750 cf and when the movers arrived they quoted me $4800 due to my items being "bulky" and said I would use 1200 cf. I did NOT have more items that I was originally quoted for. The move was scheduled for 5/10/15 ...The movers were an HOUR late, I was given a window between 8-10am and they arrived at 11am. VIPER was great. Shlom and the whole crew were on time, efficient, professional, careful, and got it done right. Actual fee was less than the estimate. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend to friends and family.
I used Viper moving to move from Red Bluff CA. to Massachusetts. The plan was for them to stop in a Massachusetts mini storage to pick up some of my friend items also and then to my new place; the guys were very polite and with uniform. they picked up additional boxes I did not originally list, they had then explained to me that given the fact I got more boxes which took more of the regular slot I sort of ordered , they would have to charge more for the extra square feet , they started measuring the length across and height ... read more
These guys are the best in the business. It's as simple as that. I moved 2 days ago, with a pregnant woman and 1 3 year old, and I cannot imagine a more pleasant moving experience. Guido and Carlos showed up only 10 minutes late from the time they said they’d be here - 9 AM. The guys took a quick look around the apartment and got right to work. No communication. Took them 3 weeks to deliver my furniture from Northern California to Austin, TX. Broke and damaged a lot of my furniture. Did not put together my desk correctly. I had to constantly stay on these people - they never bothered to communicate with me at all. Total incompetence.
On time, quick, clean, polite, no complaints. Oh, and affordable. And fair. I was completely happy with these guys and plan on using them again. Oh! And they take Debit cards!
I used Viper moving and storage to move my house and office cross country. Amanda was very courteous and responsive. The price was fair. The movers showed up on time and were polite. The move went quickly without any issues. They did both stops for no extra charges. I'd use them again.
