We just used Viper today for the very first time. After having moved several times I can honestly say I have never had a more pleasant, professional, punctual and transparent service. They showed up on time and then packed everything carefully, they were pleasant, no scratches dents nicks or anything. I can only highly recommend them for anyone needing to move.
I move about every two years and this last one, was absolutely the best move I have ever experienced and I am 64 years old...so had experienced many, many moves…believe me. These guys are fast, friendly and careful. They were really cool and it was a very smooth move. THANKS!
My friend recommended Viper Moving and Storage and it was a great experience from all the customer service on my calls to the company prior to the move all the I needed the move to be done in a few hours, and they ended up arriving even earlier than expected. Richard, the foreman, came in with another guy that helped me move. They estimated on the phone about 3-4 hours, and it ended up being 2 and a half as expected. They were fast but very careful with the furniture, floors and walls. I'd highly recommend moving with Viper.
Viper was really efficient and gentle with my mother’s things. By accident, one of the movers scratched a wall which is understandable since furniture is being moved around. The worker called his office immediately to let them know and 5 minutes later I got a call from customer care who told me to get someone of my choice there to fix it and they would cover the costs. They were so fast. efficient and professional, wonderful set of employees.
Moving is a huge hassle and these guys from Viper moving and Storage were friendly, quick, and fairly priced. They made it much less of a task to move. They told me my move would be between 12 and 3. At 11:30, Dan, the foreman called and said they'd be there on time. The truck was large and we still had space for more belongings. Just make sure you get a good place for them to park and use the long ramp -- it will speed things up. The best. Cannot recommend enough. Have moved with this company twice now, and they are super consistent, amazingly efficient, and both times the crews leaded by Dan have been the nicest guys you could ask for...If you're reading this, you guys are awesome. If you're their boss, these guys deserve a bonus. They went above and beyond on a really tough move out and move in. Not only did they not complain, they were even super polite. Just finished my move and Alex helped me with it. He was very professional and made sure I gave him the right information to ensure an easy and problem free move. I received everything on time as expected and in good shape. Would recommend Viper Moving to anyone.
Very professional and quick! My movers (a team of three guys) were on time and did a great job. It was no easy task for a large house but they all had a great attitude and got the job done in less than 4 hours! The best part is that everything came to me at the new place intact I would recommend Viper for moving in a heartbeat!
