Been going here a while never had any problems till recently when this one guy started waiting on me. Last time he tried to add in $5 to a service I get every 2 weeks. Today he tried to charge $5 for a cut down which clearly states on price list is $3. This guy is very dishonest and it’s not right to try to overcharge people. I’ll never step foot back in this salon.
My mother law and I came to get our nails done there and the day after that she had a blister all around her thumb and it still hasn’t healed after 2 weeks. One of my nails came within a few days of just getting them done some of my nails are uneven. They try to make you get more than what you ask for so they can get more money out of you.
Rude and unprofessional staff! My nails look like a kindergartener painted them and they are uneven! I advised the technician that I didn’t like it and he continued to do what HE wanted. Management is a joke and didn’t even acknowledge me or my complaints until I tracked her down. Staff is also pushy and tries to force you to get more services. The technicians are rude and unprofessional. They consistently try to up-sell their services and proceed to ridicule the customer for refusing to spend extra money on an unnecessary service. Additionally, I requested the dip powder during the last visit; my nails broke after only nine days. I have been disappointed with my results from each visit. I will not be returning.
Your nails shouldn’t look like this as you leave a nail salon. If I wanted color on the tips of my fingers and down my cuticles I could have done it myself. When I pointed this out I was told “get a manicure next time to work on the cuticles” which is insane. there will not be a next time
