I think it depends on who you get from what I've read on these reviews. My gel manicure didn't feel completely set when he told me they were done. Two nails aren't smooth. One has a fuzz painted into it. When I had gone to other places I usually got a hand massage with the manicure and a leg and foot massage with a standard pedicure. Here, they didn't do anything with my hands, barely touched my feet, and according to the breakdown of their pedicure pricing they don't massage with the standard one. Well considering Linda has been doing my nails for over 20 years..I kinda like her!!! Lol!!!! Always works with my time frame and does a great job!!!
