got a full set of nails done on November 28. today December 3. 3 nails already fell off. money wasted

Outrageous! Had my nails done on Friday chipped off by Saturday. I had a pedicure done and needed acrylic on a cracked toenail as well as a third coat of nail polish to make the polish match what was on the color board. I was charged $25 to put acrylic on one nail and the third coat of nail polish on my nails to make the nail polish the colors that they showed on the Color board. Outrageous!!
I get my eyes waxed, my toes done and my fingers done. Linda always takes great care of me. I love the 7 different levels they have. Huge selection of nail colors. I always enjoy every visit. I have been here at least a dozen times since the beginning of the year with 0 issues.
My husband and I booked appointments yesterday for today. They sat us right away; they had a wonderful selection of pedicure options, they were very COVID friendly & our feet look amazing! I think I finally found my place since moving here last year 🤍

I will never go back to VIP nails on wards road I had a gift card from Christmas they said it had expired and wouldn't take it when they been closed 2 months. Smh. Ripping people off they already got there money then not honoring the gift card just bad busniss
