Had this HVAC team come out to look at my furnace that kept cycling. They stated it was fine and may need replaced to a larger unit. Decided to have the installer of the unit from 2018 come out and they found a blockage in the drain tube that was causing the system to cycle every 5 minutes causing it to not function. They cleaned the drain and unit is working again as normal. I suggest another team for your needs.
