We switched over to Vintage IT in 2024. They take good care of us. Royal is attentive and responsive when we have questions. Rusty and Mark are always a pleasure to work with. There are times when we experience a delay in response to our help desk tickets but it doesn't happen every time and when the delay is reported, there is every effort made to rectify the issue.
LeadingAge Texas is a Vintage client for over 10 years with an exceptional experience. We currently work with Royal, as our network administrator, who has assisted me in developing IT operations including best practices, policies, efficiencies, and identify cost savings.
