What a beautiful expression of India from its decor to its food to its openness to serve the local community. Vimala's Curryblossom Cafe is an excellent restaurant serving highly creative dishes of authentic Indian cuisine using locally sourced ingredients. My family and I have been eating here for years whenever we are in town and the food has always been delicious, making us want to eat more. Wow. Thank you Vimala's for being a true local food destination and for introducing us to Southern Indian foods.
