I have so much awe and thanks for just how much the Vimala’s Curryblossom Café’s family of staff does to feed and sustain local communities, creators, and change-makers. Just as a recent example: Thank you to your amazing teams for the INCREDIBLE food (plaintain stickers!!! lamb!!! pineapple chutneys!!!) and celebration to honor the U.S. premier of Octavia E. Butler’s Parable of the Sower.

Man, the food gets better and better. A bunch of us from Town Hall go frequently. Sometimes we really get a hankering for those chutneys. I just had the malabar shrimp curry for the first time and loved it so much I pulled the shrimp out and saved the sauce to throw on other meats at home. Mmmmmmmmm!
