This is my first apartment on my own and I couldn't be happier. The staff is very friendly and informative. When there is an issue, our calls are returned and maintenance comes quickly. Very convenient location - anything you would need within a block or two. After spending months researching and visiting different complexes in the area, I still think Bent Tree is the best option.
We have lived here for close to 3 years now and just renewed for another year. We love the convenience of the location and the friendliness of the staff. Maintenance issues are handled almost immediately. We don't plan on moving unless we are going to buy a house. Close to everything. It's great!
I have lived here a little more than 2 years and enjoy being close to shopping and restaurants, and close to my work. Also, I like the responsiveness of the maintenance crew; I have never had an issue in my 2+ years while living here that was not quickly resolved!
I love the friendly, helpful staff in the office and maintenance teams. They are always ready to help no matter how small the question or issue. Winter is never a problem because the roads and sidewalks are quickly cleared. I also love that my apartment is supplied with both washer and dryer, so I never have to spend money in a laundromat. Villages of Bent Tree is very close to all kinds of shopping from groceries, to clothes, to cars, entertainment and much more. Ten year resident, with no plans to move, ever.
Location is fantastic, and the apartment itself is pretty good. Fairly spacious, lots of storage, and the vaulted ceilings are awesome. Our apartment recently just received brand new windows and a sliding porch door - fantastic improvements! Conversely, bathrooms are very small, and doors/walls/cabinets have obviously been just painted over, instead of being replaced or repaired. Maintenance services seem to be completed with the minimal effort. 3 stars for a decent place to live, but doesn't blow me away.
At first I thought these were good apt but after living here almost 2 years I just went to the office months early to let them know we will not be renewing..I would rather live in a card board box. Rude staff they know me and my husband's face and we went looking for our package in the office they swear up and down it wasn't there now granted I did get married and my last name changed but it's the same on the lease so they know who we are..all of a sudden after we said we talked to ups and they dropped it off there it myster... read more
Hopefully they will have a security system installed soon! The crime levels in this neighborhood is out of this world.
It's sad that I've lived here for 16 months. I can't wait to move out of this terrible neighborhood. NOT SAFE !!! Do your research!! The apts are WAY out dated. I promise you will be able to find a much updated place with a lower payment AND with NO HIDDEN FEES.
