William and I enjoy living at the Villages of Bent Tree. The maintenance is excellent. The staff is always willing to be of service day or night. Of course, the prefer during business hours.
My Fiacee just move out of there and even thou he left the apartment very clean ( we have pics) they still charge him outrageous fees plus water sewer and trash fees all the way from July. Also they did not gave him his deposit back and created a bunch of lies and excuses why they were not giving the deposit back. He lived there for almost 2 year in a one bedroom and his water bills was always over $70.00 for one person that never is at his apartment he has 2 jobs. I just moved here three weeks ago and so far I really enjoy it. I love the gym and the pool and the neighborhood is awesome. I also love that it's really close to where I work.
This is the single most terrible place I have ever lived. Literally no one cares about concerns or the needs of residents. Maintenance is a joke. The manager is NEVER around when something is wrong, but was the first to tell everybody that a man that got murdered in the complex by being stabbed in the neck was a SUICIDE. Our A/C doesn't shut off, and we were just told to let it run because it's going to be hot out. This was last summer, still an issue that costs us over $200/month in electricity. DO NOT LIVE HERE.
