My wife and I have been living here for almost two years now and have enjoyed most of our time here. The best thing about our apartment is probably the view-being able to look out onto a pond year round is really a blessing to me. The apartments are fairly well put together and if we have ever needed maintenance help, they have been very attentive. Staff is pretty friendly here too. Overall, a nice place to live, with a fair price and great location.

Today is my 2 year anniversary from when I moved into the Villages of Bent Tree! I must say I am very happy. The apartment is wonderful and has all the amenities I was looking for, plus you can't beat the location. The staff is friendly and always very helpful. The maintenance team is outstanding as well, always their for me! My experience has been wonderful so far and I am looking forward to another year and 1/2. I have so pleased that I signed an 18 month lease. Come join us, you will love it!
I have lived in a couple different apartment complexes over the years, but The Villages of Bent Tree Apartments staff has been such a pleasure to work with. We just moved in this past weekend, and my key did not work in the door. I had to call maintenance (Jerry) on New Years Day in order to get into the apartment, and he was so nice and apologetic about everything. I appreciate him and the rest of the Villages of Bent Tree staff for being so helpful with our move in!
I have lived here in Bent Tree for a year and a half and plan on staying awhile. It's quiet, with a ton of amenities. The maintenance staff is tops - very responsive! It's convenient to dozens of restaurants and plenty of shopping. My 3rd floor apartment with a fireplace is priced right and very nice inside. The grounds are immaculate with ample nature planned in. The pool and workout areas are very very nice. I highly recommend it!!
My husband and I have lived here since May 2015 and have had a pretty good experience! The apartments are a little outdated, but honestly they're pretty good for what you pay in rent and they have laundry in the unit. The few times we've had maintenance requests, the issues have been resolved quickly. The office staff are very friendly and have been good to deal with. We would recommend this complex!
