I understand that nobody is perfect, but my stromboli was obviously burnt when the employee finished preparing it. I've had them before so it was disappointing to arrive home and unwrap it and it the bun be very burnt. With gas prices the way they are I'm not wasting gas to drive back to request a replacement.
