I’ve lived in one of their apartments for over a year, a friend of mine had the same apartment before me for 9 years. I had no issues with plowing and they certainly have email. They care about their tenants.

I have not been here very long hence the 4 stars however, I will say I have had nothing except good experiences with office, maintenance from jump, and most other tenants met here. The unit, and grounds are well maintained. When I have had questions, or concerns they were nothing but helpful as well as friendly (in a timely manner). I have recommended Village Square Management to one other friend already!

If I could give 0 star I would. After the one year lease you are automatically put into a month to month lease(which is good when your trying to find a house and could be ready to move anytime) they require a 30+ day written notice when ready to leave, which I have provided to them. But since my roommate is staying in the apartment, they refuse to let me off the lease (because my roommate cannot afford the rent) so I will be liable for back payments.
