I had the displeasure of dealing with Marilu Chavez from here. At the end of lease, she was asked and agreed to provide the paperwork but never gave it to us. There was a dispute on what was “reasonable wear and tear” and since the landlord was her family friend she sent a message saying she was staying out of it and that I would need to deal with it on my own. Very unprofessional, would NOT recommend
