Please please please... do not stay here. You will regret it once you do. Communication is the worst from the office. I had to fight with them on my move-in day so I can get the keys. If you put in a work order it gets resolved after a year because they never have a budget for it. Winter is horrible since they never clean the roads properly and never salt the walkways. Yes once again as I write this my husband is out raking and cleaning out the storm drain. He did ask the maintenance man last week ( he just rides around in a cart all day and does nothing). He said sure I'll take care of that, of course he didn't come back. It's been clogged for 2 months. But if we don't clean we have to wade to our cars. The grounds around here look horrible anymore. It sure is not the same place that we loved 7 years ago. But guess what the rent keeps going up and the electric is outrageous.
