we've lived here about a year and love it. the staff is helpful and friendly, there are many units and they try to help as quickly as possible.

Everything is outdated, my grandmother lived here for around 10 years n all they ever replaced was the washer and dryer. They charge a bunch for rent but have the cheapest way of fixing things. 10/10 would NOT recommend!
Rodent Issues Ongoing!! My daughter continues to have rodent (mice) issues in her apt after CONTINUAL traps being given to her then removed by maintenance each time they get trapped this has been on going for months!! They make repairs !?!??? But, she continues to have mice/rodent issues. She’s taken documented photos and keeps a updated listing of her maintenance requests. I lived here at Hemlock Hall from 2015-2019. I only moved because I was buying a house. As life often goes, you receive the respect you give. I would communicate concerns, suggestions, and positive experience with the leasing office and they always gave me the same respect. Sure, not everything is perfect but the office staff would certainly do anything within their hands to ensure you have a positive experience. They are slow with communication, they refuse to work with you on payments. Their “handyman” isn’t really handy. A pipe burst in my bathroom and they couldn’t find the water to shut it off. Ruined my carpet even though they “fixed” it. The building was nasty and almost never cleaned and the fire alarm went off multiple times during a week and at all times throughout the day and night. In the seven years I've lived here I've never had a problem with getting repairs done or with management. Maybe the naysayers just don't know how to ask.
Very unprofessional and never gets anything fixed until it turns into a disaster. Today, they turned off the entire neighborhood's water with no notice. It's been 3 hours now with no updates and the emergency line will give no information. To add to tonight's problems, the front of Holly Hall has trees that are infested with wasps that are covering the cars parked out front every morning. This has never been fixed.
