Not only is this a horrible place to live, it's also a horrible place to work. I would recommend this place to my worst enemy. The management is the worst that I have ever seen as far as taking care of there employees and there residents. If you want to live at a place who just puts ban-aids on everything then this place is for you. Speaking from experience this has to be the worst place I have ever worked for. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Electric is really high it's ridiculous. I just moved into house and bill is almost 3x less then I was paying with Pineford. We keep or heat between 68-70 bc we have a newborn and it was always like 200 dollars. Have it the same at our house and we haven't paid 100 yet...hmm. I moved into Pineford about five months ago and I really like the environment here. The rent is very reasonable and the staff are friendly and helpful in every way. They have responded quickly and efficiently to my needs. Pineford is pet friendly which was a must so that my golden retriever could come with me. I did a lot of looking is this part of Pennsylvania and I'm very glad I found Pineford.
