I have lived in two apts since moving to Pineford in early 2012. My bedroom closet developed a mysterious mold issue, covering shoes and clothes for no obvious reason, the office was NO help..they kept acting as if I was hallucinating, now a friend is having the same mysterious mold in her bedroom closet. First off, over priced. From the terrible upkeep of the grounds, to the mediocre paint job, not worth it. Also, the security deposit doesn't cover for any needed repair after lease is over. While on that topic, why would their apartment inspection say nothing about my carpet being damaged then tell me the carpet needed replaced and send me a bill. Lastly, why charge me for apartment cleaning after I already cleaned it and shampooed the carpets.
Horrible, horrible, horrible place to live. Ruined two fridge full or groceries bc the fridge was broke when we moved in and then it broke again a week and half after it was fixed. When we transferred from a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom the customer service we got was awful, they never told us when the paper work was due and never gave us all the paper work the first time we went. Just a money hungry apartment complex. Don't waste your time or money looking at this place.
I've lived in places that were crap holes where you would be terrified just to walk around the block with your child. I don't feel like that here I actually love Pineford every place has its downfalls, electric I guess could be better but honestly I had a 2 bedroom apartment in center city allentown my electric was more and I have a 3 bedroom townhouse here. My neighbors are all pretty nice. When things are broken they get fixed that's enough for me. This is our 3rd year here and we will most likely be here for 4.
This place sucks , and I would not live here .. Glad I'm finally out of this place .
I've always gotten a good response on complaints My only complaint is some residents do not respect that handicapped parking signs I've lived here close to ten years
This place is a dump and a rip-off, avoid it like the plague! I never actually lived there but visiting a few times was enough for me. i felt like I was walking around in a slum. A disgusting smell permeates all the residence buildings and apartments, I nearly threw up and had to get out of there, it smelled like a combination of vomit and dirty diapers--no joke!
