Parts Department: 5 Stars. They are quick and low priced. Service Department: Negative 4 Stars. My bike was there for two months to replace a fuel pump and find out why it was running poorly. I had to call them to get any updates on it. I called 5 times and every time asked to make sure they checked the throttle position sensor. When they said it was ready for me to pick up, I asked about the TPS, and he said he didn't have anything in the notes about it, but would talk to the tech and call me back. No call. Super poor customer service. Normally we get all our bike stuff here, but after this last experience, we won't be back. If you're a lady and you stop in, expect to get talked down to.
Special thanks to Jeff in service. He went above an beyond w a warrenty issue i was having even though i didnt purchase bike from them. This was a sticky situation and he put in his time to be sure things were right. Putting customers first before manufacturers shows Villiage Moto is in it for the long run. Parts guys are awesome too. Keep rockin Villiage ��
