Mike White was great through the entire process. The team was overly helpful once I arrived and very accommodating. Nothing but professional.
Ken is the best snowmobile mechanic in west Michigan in my opinion. I highly recommend you bring your sled to him for service.

Amazing service department had an issue with a new bike I bought and they went above and beyond to make sure bike was safe to drive. They took care of the warranty stuff and it was hassle free with good communication during the process.
5 stars!!! Joshua Marsh and his service team are amazing!!! We brought our SXS in for service after multiple bad experiences with another business. After hearing our issues they went above and beyond to make sure that our machine was fixed and in safe working order. Their communication through the entire repair was top notch!! Excellent service and communication from start to finish!
5 Star! Bought a used Victory and brought it to Village for the 25k service. I had a number of concerns about the bike. Josh and his team did a fantastic job! Took care of the service items, a few minor recall issues, put a new set of tires on it, and got it back to me quickly and at reasonable price. A week or so later I had a concern about the belt.
