My husband and I brought our waver runner in for a pre season check they said everything thing was great so we put it in the water and it starts but no power to take off. It was running fine before we took it in. Just wanted a pre season check before we took it out on big lake. Not to happy but they did get back with us and fixed the problem we will be coming back for further business. Thanks for getting back with us.
Not impressed with the knowledge of the parts department. They really should educate themselves on the motocross items that they sell.
I've used them for both purchasing new toys, as well as service, and would recommend them with confidence. I've been involved in Motorsports some the early 90s and village is the only source i use now. Shane in Holland for me hooked. Best service I've had in this industry. Further more, i got a call that i won a brand new polaris generator that i didn't even sign up for. As a part client, i was automatically enrolled and won. Nice bonus. Picked up a KTM 350 6 days today from Village MotorSports. Bill "Doc" made the deal happen and Pat helped complete the paperwork. Both guys were excellent to work with. Give them a shot!
