Todd in the sales department was very helpful, and the service desk guys always are.
After getting my stolen bike back and being referred to Village from some online forums I took my banged up bike there for repair. They've been patient, diligent, and collaborative on the repairs. They supported in prompting and facilitating an exhaust upgrade, kept all my parts, let me visit her a few times, and have been generally cool guys. The one or two confusion points were quickly dealt with and resolved to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for good service!!!
