We bought a new Jeep Grand Cherokee here, it was a good experience. Have used the service department for other vehicles over the years when I didn't feel like or was unable to do the work myself. There have been bumps in the road, but they always go above and beyond to make things right when a mistake is made, which is what's important.

I had to have my Jeep towed to Village Motor Sales when I became stranded in Chelsea on Labor Day. Service Manager Jeff Powell was absolutely terrific. He came up with the solution to the horrendous noise in the front end and had my car back on the road in short order. Instead of taking advantage of a stranded out of town customer - the price was extremely reasonable and I could not be a happier customer. I received my new Dodge Dart from Village Motors and was very pleased with the sales department. Everyone made sure that I knew how to use all of the features. The whole process went very quickly and the dealership employees were all very nice.
