You'll go back, again, and again... – I love this place, and Mari is great! The service is always excellent, and I couldn't imagine a better place than this. Mari is extremely flexible, and even though I always intend to make appointments, she lets me slide by ever time, and makes room for me anyway!

New Women – I fell Like a new women, Sami did a great job her hands are wonderful she is very blessed and talented and god, does she know color she broke it down for me from A to Z. The salon its self needs some up dating its a flash back from the 80s. Let me say everyone is nice and I am hooked on Sam's highlighting shes a wonderful hair dresser thanks I will see you for my touch up in and out in 2 hours WOW!!!!!!!

Great hair cuts for guys too..... – I walked into the Village Salon 2 years ago because I was going on a trip and needed a haircut. In all my years, I have never been loyal to any haircutter. However, I have been to no one else since that day. Mari just knows how to cut my hair. The atmosphere is great and I can usually get in on short notice. Plus, she is great to talk to and always makes you feel very comfortable. I would highly recommend Mari to anyone.

Sami Rocks! – I had highlights and a cut. The highlights look gorgeous. I have gotten so many compliments. Sami just asked me a few questions and off she went. The colors she chose are perfect for my skin tone. I have recommended Sami to all of my friends.

Waxing – I found Village La Salon on CitySearch and needed a bikini wax. I chose this place because of the location in the upscale area of West U. I expected to get the same kind of through service but instead paid $25 to get a half wax job and had to finish the rest myself. I do not recommend this place for your waxing needs. I am not sure about the hair service but the place is a little run down and needs a major renovation.

Great experience – I finally found someone that I will be happy to go back to for a highlight and syle. Samantha was great and I really appreciate her listening to what I wanted and turning that into a great highlight and lowlight combination. She is very knowledgeable and I will definitely recommend her to anyone I know that is looking for a great color expert and stylist.

Sami is fabulous! – First time here, new to houston. Thanks to all the great recommendations on City Search, I called Sami and made a same day appointment on a Saturday! She did an excellent job on my highlight/lolites and cut. Its the color and dimension I always wanted and never could get! Thumbs up!

fast – I was very happy Sam was great, I was in and out with high lights and low lights in two hours, my timeing is very vauable to me this was great its nice to be around nice educated Cosmetologist who specalize in color thanks Sam !!!!!!

Great cut – I saw Sami for just a cut, but I'm sure I'll go back for color too. She was great. She gave a great cut and she did it very quickly. She was very friendly. Overall I really enjoyed the experince. She is great, and her price was incredible for someone of her experince level.
