Used to be good, new owners ruined it. We have detached, private garages and one of the big pluses of this was the ability to use it as intended. I used to be able to do maintenance but the new owners banned that. They also banned things like propane grills and such as well as washing your vehicle which is a problem if you have a motorcycle.
