HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They were rude, judgemental, and very nasty to me because of one missed appointment. They didn't even know the sex of my child, kept referring to her as a "him" even after being corrected. All they cared about was making sure I knew they wouldn't reschedule because I made a mistake. When I tried to talk to the manager, I was told my daughter's name is "different" and that there was nothing she could do for me. EXTREMELY RUDE
My six year old son was not a patient here but had a damaged tooth become abscessed quickly. Village Family Dental was able to get him in the same day. They felt it would be best for my son to have "gas" so they referred us to an oral surgeon. They did not just send us on our way with a list of surgeons; they made the calls for us and found someone that could get us in right then.
