What a amazing place to live I’ve been here for 2 years and its absolutely a great place to live.
Great apartment complex. Super friendly staff and management that take the time to get to know you and ensure you have a great experience living there.
Gym and pool are well maintained. Staff is professional and welcoming, especially Bianca from the front office
Recently had a tour at Village Club at Franklin. Bianca, my tour guide was very friendly and attentive to our questions. Even when we arrived closed to the end of business hours she was still willing to show us around the facilities. The other apartment we visited refused to give us a tour on a rainy day. Bianca let us take our time looking around the apartment and gave us multiple option. Thank you Bianca for such a pleasant experience. I look forward to making the Village Club my new home.
I love living here... I been living here for 4 years and they stay on top. The management is so friendly and the club house amenities are definately worth the money to live here. They also allow you to rent this beautiful club house which is perfect for game night with family and friends! Five stars... and they did not pay me to say this y'all...I mean they keep the pool clean in the summer... they property up kept suprr nice with flowers and water fountains. I love living in Village Club,I’ve been here for a minute now,and i haven’t met anyone more Happy nor Nice and social as Bianca.Bianca puts a nice smile on my face everytime I see her.So thank you Bianca and Village Club for this nice environment and welcoming me!!!
I wanted to make sure I gave this property as well as the fantastic Bianca the proper acknowledgement. From the day I walked in the door the staff has been nothing but helpful and courteous. Bianca made me feel like I would be comfortable in this space and she is right. Each call, she was very attentive to all my questions and concerns. Come on become a part of the Village Club On Franklin's family, you won't be disappointed.
I visited to look for a new apartment and was very impressed. Clean clubhouse and model. Bianca was helpful and friendly, and made it feel like home. I look forward to living there in the future.
The staff is what makes this place! They treat you like family, are always in a good mood and happy to help, and bend over backwards to make your experience here fantastic!
