The staff is very friendly and it is a very nice community.
Looking to move out of my current apartment into a better home. Spoke with their receptionist Bianca today and she made my day go from worst to better. Extremely informative,helpful and the most bubbly attitude next to mine I’ve ever seen. She has me sold and I haven’t seen the unit yet. Looks like this is where my next home will be. Omg...I went to Village Club on Franklin this past weekend for shrimp and grits and to drop off can goods for charity. The lifestyle director is my daughter and it waa great. The food was good and the club house was very nice. I told my husband we need to move because y'all living good. He likes the workout room.
The new management is great and they have already started making changes to help all residents.
I went to village club charity brunch this past weekend and the lifestyle director was very sweet. The food was soo. good. I think I want to move here when my lease is up. She told me to find Bionca... Bionca do you guys have some more 2 bedroom available? It is nice here.
I really love the apartments here they are really nice apartments and my tour guide Bianca is really nice!
Bianca was an amazing Leasing Consultant. She was very knowledgeable, polite and accommodating!
Did a tour last week at Village Club of Franklin. My tour guide, Bianca, was very professional and answered every question I had. She showed me 2 units and I absolutely fell in love with the 2 bedroom w/fireplace unit. I look forward to becoming a resident at the Village Club.
