Nice, Quiet, and everything I need. This is my first real apartment, and have really enjoyed just about everything. Recently I made a complaint to Bianca, and she promised me by the next day it would be resolved. Next day came and my complaint was resolved. Thanks a lot Bianca and the Village Club on Franklin!
My sister and I was looking for a place. We called the Farmington location spoke to Shaina who was extremely nice over the phone. Farmington was a little out of our budget so she referred us over to Village Club on Franklin. Our tour guide I forget her name but she said she was new was super sweet. We loved the property and will be filling out applications soon.
Our home away from home! My husband and I have a unique situation in that he works/lives near Detroit and our three boys and I continue to live at our permanent home in southern Indiana. The management and staff at Village on Franklin has been so great to work with. Shaina and Catherine helped us initially... they were both so friendly and helpful... and very responsive to all of our questions and needs. Living here is great and the staff here is great as well Bianca is one of the determining factors in helping our decision to move in, her energy is amazing.
Bianca was very accommodating & helpful while showing me the apartment complex. All questions i had were answered with detail. The apartment itself was very clean & updated. My favorite part was the living room & kitchen. Also the built in washer & dryer was a bonus! I highly recommend them.
The lifestyle coach put together an amazing event Sunday 11/26/17 the turn out was niiiiice!!!!!
