Rent went up $70 in 2 years and was told $40 dollars a year is the norm, and told if I stayed I would know what to expect next year. I have complained about no handicap parking spots for months. We have more handicap people in our building then there are spots (only 2) which doesn't allow for guests. 1 spot is always filled by a guy that doesn't work, so you have 3 residents jockeying for 1 handicap spot. If you get home after 5 your walking. After 6 your hiking.
