Worst place I have ever lived. Constantly having to get things fixed. Parking is terrible. We broke our lease early and paid everything they asked. Three months go by no contact. None zip zilch. Not by email not by mail nor a phone call and they sent a bill to collections. Do not live here!!
DO NOT LIVE HERE. 69 apartments flooded multiple times this year. Black mold everywhere and will not release current residents from their leasing agreements even though the apartments are unlivable from the black mold. Since July 10th families have been without their home and last night the apartments flooded again. So sad.

I moved into my apartment in July. I signed a lease for a unit that was supposed to have a washer and dryer. Upon moving in it was not present I inquired why it was not present and it was told that it would be ordered and be installed in three to four business days. Since then several weeks have gone by and it still has not been installed.I have been given multiple dates in which I was told it would be installed and I come home to an empty laundry room. This place sucks. The maintenance and management are horrible. They make you vacate your apartment with all your furniture and items for “repairs” when no repairs are needed. The complex was flooded and my apartment was unaffected and I’m still being forced out. The only damage in my unit is from a flood three years ago they haven’t repaired, but that flood didn’t make the news.
