Worst place I have ever lived. Constantly having to get things fixed. Parking is terrible. We broke our lease early and paid everything they asked. Three months go by no contact. None zip zilch. Not by email not by mail nor a phone call and they sent a bill to collections. Do not live here!!

The apartment is quite good, good maintenance staff, and very friendly Staff( I worked with Jackie, Tina, Taylor and Ashley). The apartment complex should be condemned and perhaps rebuilt with the right management in the office and not have incompetent people working and running the place. Also they need customer service person rather than having answer machines to leave a voice mail and never having a call returned.
Absolutely a nightmare!!!!!!worst decision I have ever made in my life!!!! Management came to my place more then once and told me we have been evicted for non payment. When we never missed a payment. I had to get bank statements to prove it. Repairs we never done but we would get emails stating the work was done. The place smelled of marijuana all the time from neighbors so bad I had to move my daughters bedroom. The washer and dryer didn’t work so I ask if I could bring my own. The only reason I'm leaving one star is because you can't leave 0. Was shown a very nice apartment and then the one we actually rented had a lot of damage. Cabinets caving in at the bottom, a fridge that had a broken door, broken blinds. I could go on.... You'd think for almost paying a grand in rent every month theyd fix the apartments before renting them out..? Oh and the cherry on top, our complex caught on fire a few months ago causing us to loose everything we own and they "forgot" to cancel our aum account and we were ... read more
