Talk about professional and courteous service... The Jenison location is it! I spent all last winter researching bikes and figuring out what I wanted to try come spring. I went to 5 different bike shops all over the state checking out the different bikes and the minute I walked into VB&F in Jenison they treated me great and acted like they genuinely wanted my business. My husband and I came into today for bike fittings and had an outstanding experience! I learned more in few hours than I have in the past 5 years of cycling! Lucas was great to work with at the jenison store very knowledgable and great to work with thanks for making this experience great.
Took two older Schwinn bikes in to jenison store and told them which one needs new tires and tubes and the other one needs just tubes. They seemed confused by this and said they would call with information about what they thought should be done. 3 days past so I called and after ten minutes on hold they said that they are done so asked what did they do they said it didn't get entered in the computer so after another five minutes or so they said they put tubes in both for $86 so I asked why didn't they replace tires on the on... read more
