I recently needed a repair that was unique and required my bike to be sent back to Specialized. So that my summer riding could continue a Specialized demo bike was available to use. Yay! I have always found the staff to be accommodating and professional. Grateful thoughts to Luke, Denise and Dave for all your help.
The staff at the Cascade store are top notch. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service!
