Thank you to the Crew at the Jenison store. I had a stellar ride in at Ironman Louisville under some challenging wind/rain conditions. I came in for some fit adjustments with Dale and Lucas made some adjustments on short notice before i left town. You guys always step up and make it happen. Proud to call you guys my Bike Shop!

Have dealt primarily with Seth on issues with my flooded elliptical. Although I did not purchase it from them I was treated like I did. Very helpful, friendly and knowlegeable.
We ended up dealing with both Plainfield and Jenison locations and both stores were GREAT to deal with. Laurie at Plainfield spend along time working with my daughter to help her find the right bike. Then we ended up at the Jenison store to get the color scheme she wanted where Joe worked with her to make sure she was fitted correctly and familiar with how everything worked. We couldn't be happier with our experience!
I first visited Jenison store last Fall. There was no pressure sales. I ended up buying 2 bikes around Christmas. Every time I am in there I always receive top notch customer service. They are more than willing to help me load or unload my bike, etc. The staff are so nice! They go above and beyond to make sure you have a good experience, and take care of your needs.

I've dealt with Anthony in the Cascade store several times, and he exemplifies best in class customer service and knowledge. We moved here last September, and I popped in just to check out the store sometime in late December, wanting to see what was here in the GR area, since I had a great shop in the city I left. Small talk conversation led to a demo of the Kickr, and I wound buying the snap version a week or two later from him. Great store and staff; who certainly know their stuff and are excited about the sport. Their Saturday morning bagel ride is an experience worth checking out.
I had the honor of spending the day with Dale at the Riverbank Run Expo. He is so passionate and knowledgeable about biking. He took the time to answer lots of questions about the fancy bikes that he brought to the expo. We are so thankful that he, Pam and the whole Village Bike family have been great community supporters. This will be year #34 that Village Bike has been a sponsor, bike support service provider and friend of the Rhoades McKee Reeds Lake Triathlon.
