RecommendedShout out to Joe, who took my desperate call for a tire repair the night before we left for our Mackinac Island vacation. Store was closed to prepare for their big sale, but Joe said to come in and they'd take care of me. They did, and had me out the door in ten minutes for less than $20, after replacing both rim and tire. This is the kind of service you don't get from big chain stores. Just bought an E bike on the store on Plainfield. Great selection and advice. Seth who assisted me could not be more helpful. I have a great Specialized Como e-bike that makes riding a breeze. I appreciated I was listened to in what I wanted and I did indeed get the best bike for me. Great place to go for sales and service.
